It is our intention that every customer visiting our shop here in Morzine receives the quality of service that goes towards making a ski holiday the dream trip that they desire. Whether the visit is to rent Ski’s /Boards/Boots or to relieve a painful point in a ski boot from a shell stretch through to making of custom footbeds or the making of custom foam liners, we are determined that the service given will be the best possible without costing the customer a fortune and that is our other mission, to offer great value for money. All too many ski shops have become known for high pricing just because they are in a ski resort, we do not want that label attached to Alpinesports and indeed in 2007/08 (our first season) a large number of customers commented that the level of service was excellent and that they found us to be highly cost competitive.
